1. Take a break from your phone or computer, and do five minutes of stretches. Or, put on some music and get moving.
  2. Give your brain a simple yet effective workout with a puzzle or brainteaser.
  3. Make an appointment for your next medical check-up. (And stick to it, please).
  4.  Did you floss your teeth yesterday? If not, why not? Go do it now.
  5. Put down the energy drinks and that third cup of coffee you don’t need, and drink some water instead. Your kidneys will appreciate the effort!
