- Take a break from your phone or computer, and do five minutes of stretches. Or, put on some music and get moving.
- Give your brain a simple yet effective workout with a puzzle or brainteaser.
- Make an appointment for your next medical check-up. (And stick to it, please).
- Did you floss your teeth yesterday? If not, why not? Go do it now.
- Put down the energy drinks and that third cup of coffee you don’t need, and drink some water instead. Your kidneys will appreciate the effort!
