Dr. Monique Piderit, RD (SA)
Dr. Monique Piderit is a registered dietitian with a PhD from the University of Pretoria. She specialises in sports nutrition, gut health, and diet-related chronic diseases.
Dr. Sibu Lubelwana MBChB (UKZN)
Dr. Sibu Lubelwana is an obstetrician and gynaecologist with an MBChB, MMed, and FCOG from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She consults at Busamed Hillcrest Private Hospital and Cato Ridge Hibiscus, and lectures at the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine.
