Spring has arrived, and with it comes an increase in pollen, dust, and other allergens. If you experience sneezing, itchy eyes, runny nose, or breathing difficulties, you may be affected.
Tips to manage allergies:
- Keep the windows closed during high pollen times.
- If you’ve been outdoors, shower and change clothes when you get back inside.
- If possible, invest in air purifiers. Also, do your best to clean dust-prone areas regularly.
- Even mild symptoms can worsen during peak times. Get help from your doctor if your symptoms persist or get worse.
- Allergies can mimic cold or flu symptoms, so don’t ignore consistent or severe reactions.
